 fix(vimwiki): nur Wiki-Ordner, kein stilles Speichern beim Beenden (#3) 
vimwiki uebernahm per global_ext jede .md und setzte autowriteall -> :qa
schrieb still, Neovides Speichern-Rueckfrage kam nie. Variablen nach init,
damit sie vor dem Laden greifen.
