...
Allow importing `mkExtension` without needing to supply any
dependencies.
All dependencies can be accessed via module args anyway.

Fix the `to_fuzzy_refine` key binding example.
The `to_fuzzy_refine` function in the example is part of Telescope,
not the `telescope-live-grep-args` extension.
