e557bdedd5 Added an PHP CS fixer config file and applied it to files. 
We now use the same the same style as the symfony project, and it allows us to simply fix the style by executing php_cs_fixer fix in the project root.

280b2d4427 Fixed some 404 errors when using Part-DB without URL rewriting. 
Fixed problems with the ajaxUI. Also added an ENV option that RedirectController redirects you to index.php/en page version.

03c1d35887 Only recreate the BaseAdmin form when the form were valid. 
Otherwise we loose the infos about the errors and so can not show them to user.
