3c3a03a179 Use new ValidTheme constraint on theme field. 
The old choice constraint needed an const, which is not available anymore, as you can configure the themes via parameters

decc4e90fc Organized parameters better. 
Parameters can now be found in their own file config/parameters.yaml. They are prefixed with partdb. and structured into different sections.

b5bc096972 Allow to to disable the saving of changed or deleted data. 
Also it is possible to only save the information which fields were changed, not the data in it.

4fe10b6169 Uploaded (non secure) attachments live now in public/ 
That way the attachment files can now be loaded much quicker (without invoking a controller). Also added thumbnailing for pictures in tables.

280b2d4427 Fixed some 404 errors when using Part-DB without URL rewriting. 
Fixed problems with the ajaxUI. Also added an ENV option that RedirectController redirects you to index.php/en page version.
