b53e1f0a66 Use proper option injection for StructuralEntityType generate* functions. 
Otherwise we get problems, if a page has multiple types with different options. This fixes issue #39

719e21c0df Save element parameters in its own database table (dont use JSON) 
This makes it easier to query for specific parameters.

89acfff857 Dont call translator inside the form classes. 
Translation is already done in the templates, so translator calls in form classes, are bad for performance and readability.

e557bdedd5 Added an PHP CS fixer config file and applied it to files. 
We now use the same the same style as the symfony project, and it allows us to simply fix the style by executing php_cs_fixer fix in the project root.
