feat(lang): add clojure support (#2179)

This adds support to Clojure as an extra _lang_ configuration.
Closes https://github.com/LazyVim/LazyVim/pull/1484
@folke I read the docs and couldn't find a recommendation on _how_ to
suggest features, so I figured opening a PR should be enought. please
let me know if I should do anything else.
